About

In the village of Crail there is little shack selling lobsters. On the side of the tank where the live crustaceans are kept, there is an old weathered sign that reads ‘Do not touch the lobsters’. It seems such obvious advice. Like so many things in life, we often ignore the obvious.

This blog started life with the intention of bringing simple advice to life. But then in morphed into musings on everything from mix-tapes to periods.

And that sums me up pretty well. Start off going in one direction, before seeing where life takes me.

I live on the east coast of Scotland, writing and crocheting and baking and sewing…and thinking and dreaming.

Thanks for stopping by.
